Rockmelon Bruschetta with Goat’s Cheese and Prosciutto

Ingredients:

  • 150g x Goat’s cheese
  • 6 slices sourdough bread, chargrilled
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • 500g rockmelon, peeled, thinly sliced
  • Honey, to serve

RECIPE STEPS:

Step 1
Spread the Goats Cheese over sourdough after char grilling
Step 2
Top first with Prosciutto and then Rockmelon
Step 3
Lightly Season with pepper and a drizzle of quality olive oil
Step 4
You are ready to serve!
