Ingredients:
150g x Goat’s cheese
6 slices sourdough bread, chargrilled
6 slices Prosciutto
500g rockmelon, peeled, thinly sliced
Honey, to serve
RECIPE STEPS:
Step 1
Spread the Goats Cheese over sourdough after char grilling
Step 2
Top first with Prosciutto and then Rockmelon
Step 3
Lightly Season with pepper and a drizzle of quality olive oil
Step 4
