The most delicate of our variety! “Casalingo Salami” or otherwise known as “Salame e Pepe” is a simple yet flavoursome salami traditionally from Northern Italy. This salami has no heavy spices yet is full of flavour which establishes itself throughout our ageing process when combined with hand selected cuts of pork.
